No health data is collected by this website. Data processed within the platforms published by TRABOULE LABS falls under separate contracts with the user organisations, which act as controllers. TRABOULE LABS acts as a processor within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR.
No payment is made on this site and no banking data is collected here.
3. Recipients
Data is intended for authorised staff of TRABOULE LABS. It may be passed to processors involved in hosting and professional email, strictly for the purposes described, within the European Union.
No data is sold to third parties or used for marketing without prior consent. No transfer outside the European Union takes place at present. Should this change, this policy will be updated and the applicable safeguards specified in accordance with Article 46 GDPR.
4. Your rights
You have the rights of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), and may withdraw your consent at any time without retroactive effect.
To exercise these rights, write to the data protection officer at dpo@traboulelabs.com. TRABOULE LABS undertakes to respond within one month of receipt, extendable to three months for complex requests, with prior notice.
If you consider that your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy — TSA 80715 — 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — www.cnil.fr.
