The platforms published by TRABOULE LABS are tools for collecting, computing and returning assessment data, intended for research protocols and for standardising assessment practices within a team.

They pursue no diagnostic, preventive, prognostic, predictive, monitoring, treatment or alleviation purpose in respect of a disease, injury or disability within the meaning of Article 2 of Regulation (EU) 2017/745. Scores are computed using the published algorithms of the scales used, with no interpretation or recommendation added by the platform. Interpreting the data and any decision concerning an individual rest solely with the healthcare professional or the responsible investigator.

8. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
